Seating Capacity
Slocum House seats 100 inside and 100 on our outside patio. However, with creative seating, we may be able to accommodate larger parties. Our minimum guest count is 65.

Rental Rates
The rental rate for an elegant private reception $750.00.
Wedding ceremonies performed at the Slocum House is $250.00.

Cold Buffet Menu
The Slocum House cold buffet includes tender sliced New York strip steak, succulent smoked turkey breast, honey baked ham, a. delectable assortment of cheeses, assorted fresh fruits and vegetables, pasta salad, and our delicious home baked rolls.

Hot Buffet Menu
The Slocum House hot buffet includes tender sliced New York strip steak with sauces, chicken breasts with garlic herb cream, roasted red potatoes, assorted hot vegetables, Assorted fresh fruit. tossed baby green with choice of two dressings and our delicious home baked French Bread.

Sephra Chocolate Fountain
Impress your guests with our spectacular Sephra Chocolate Fountain! Standing over four feet tall and flowing with rich Belgium Callebaut Chocolate, it’s fun and interactive. Everyone loves chocolate and our fountain includes spiked pineapple palm trees with four skewered dipping choice items.
Priced at $400.00 for ANY SIZE wedding.

Champagne
Our house champagne is available for $175.00 per case. One case serves approximately 50 people (One case minimum). Additional selections of wine and champagne are available at current Slocum House pricing.

Full Bar Service
Hosted or non-hosted $200.00 minimum sales, $100.00 set-up fee; Tea or Coffee is $1.50 per person.

Cake Cutting
Slocum House will cut your cake for a nominal $2.50 per person fee.

Music
DJ's, bands, etc. are welcome. They must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.

Decorations
Decorations may be put up as longs as they are done with tie downs only (no staples or nails), and must be removed at the end of the event.
